We want you to feel confident purchasing a Toward Perfection subscription. If the program is not right for you, we offer a straightforward refund process.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
After 7 days, the subscription fee for the current billing period is non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your paid period.
Annual subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the annual fee is non-refundable, but you retain access for the remainder of your subscription period.
Coaching sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel future sessions, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Email us at hello@toward-perfection.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and your registered email address. We will process your request within 5 business days.
