1. About the service

Toward Perfection (toward-perfection.com) is an online school offering video lessons on mobility, strength, and handstand practice. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Subscription and access

Access to lessons is provided through a paid subscription. Subscription tiers, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

• New accounts may receive trial access to selected content
• Full access to all lessons requires an active subscription
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings

4. Refund policy

We want you to feel confident trying the school. Our refund policy:

• Monthly subscription: 7-day refund from the date of payment
• Annual subscription: 30-day refund from the date of payment

To request a refund, email hello@toward-perfection.com with your account email and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Content and intellectual property

All video lessons, written materials, and other content on the platform are owned by Toward Perfection and protected by copyright. You may:

• Watch and use content for your personal practice
• Share your own progress in the community

You may not:

• Download, redistribute, or resell any course content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Record and publish lessons without written permission

6. Health disclaimer

The exercises and practices on this platform can be physically demanding. Consult a healthcare professional before beginning if you have any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns. You participate at your own risk. Toward Perfection is not liable for injuries sustained during practice.

7. Community conduct

The community feed is a space for progress, questions, and encouragement. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that are abusive, spam, or otherwise harmful to the community.

8. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, access to content ends immediately. Refunds in case of termination by us are handled case-by-case.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toward Perfection is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country). Disputes will be resolved through negotiation first; failing that, through the courts of Georgia.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will notify you by email of any significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
